VENTURA BEACHES: The beaches in Ventura CA are divided as South, or the Pierpont Beach area, and North Ventura Beaches. 

This southern beach community is close to town and next to the Ventura Keys area.  It offers easy access to a nearby shopping center and beach area restaurants and shops. It is accessed by traveling west toward the ocean on Seward Avenue, and Pierpont Blvd. runs parallel to the ocean with side streets with homes perpendicular to the ocean.  Because there is no street parallel to the ocean, there are fewer beachfront homes in this development.

These beach homes range in age and size and offer a few  oceanfront properties and many homes within easy walking distance to the sand.

This beach area also offers Marina Park to the south end and Ventura State Beach Park at the north end. It is also close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Ventura and to the Ventura Harbor area.
