Location Located in California between Malibu and Santa Barbara on the Pacific Ocean, the coastal cities of Oxnard and Ventura are about one hour north of Los Angeles. Access by freeway is from either Route 1 along the coast or the Ventura (101) Freeway.

By air, the Oxnard Airport is served by local commuter flights and accommodates small aircraft. There are shuttle services to and from Los Angeles International Airport as well. By rail, Amtrack offers regular service to the Transportation Center in downtown Oxnard, as well as Metrolink service for commuters.

        Our Office Location
       We are located at the corner of Hemlock and Victoria.  The easiest way to find our office is to exit the Ventura Freeway (101) at Victoria Avenue, turn left (south) and  
drive about 8 miles to the intersection of Hemlock and Victoria.  If you reach Channel Islands and Victoria, you have gone one block too far. There is a Chevron gas station on the corner and we are located in a single story building just left of West Marine in the shopping center.

• Freezing temperatures are very rare along the coast. Lowest temperature recorded was 26 F in 1937
• Highest temperatures are in the low eighties in summer. Highest recorded temperature 104 F in 1939
• Average Humidity is typically 70-80% in evenings & 50% during days

• Afternoon sea breezes usually 10-15 knots keep the air clean and fresh
