This exciting extension to the Channel Islands Marina is the last expansion project for the harbor, built by D.R. Horton, one of the largest builders in the country. The project includes homes, townhome/condos, flats, live-work condos, about 20000 square feet of retail space, a boat dock marina, water channel. There are 121 waterfront homes and about 153 detached off-water homes in the center of the two islands. Live/work attached lofts and flats range from 873-1942 square feet. An attractive Vons Market is the anchor tenant in the retail area along with several shops and restaurants.

The waterfront homes are now available for resale. The development has 121 waterfronts with boat docks in two designs, each with three plans. The Port Haviland homes are the largest in the development, ranging from 3129 to3748 square feet. The smaller waterfront known as Port Province, ranges from 2983 to3495 square feet. Each of the six different floor plans offers a choice of two different exteriors. All homes are two stories and all have boat docks. Boat docks can also be purchased separately by property owners in the development. There are two islands, Coral Island and Shell Island. Some of the homes are gated and there are three striking bridges leading to the islands. A clubhouse to serve residents of the development will be located on Coral Island.
